Every one of us has nightmares when we experience excessive hair fall. But we often forget that hair fall of hair growth is strongly linked with our diet, with our stress, with our mindset, with our lifestyle.

  • Spinach: great source of iron protein and vitamins

  • Eggs and dairy products: the main source of vitamin B 7, the main source of biotin

  • Walnuts: stops hair fall, strengthens hair cuticles, and nourish the scalp

  • Guava: prevents your hair from becoming brittle and fragile

  • Lentils: for folic acid to prevent hair breaking

  • Barley: makes your hair follicle stronger

  • Flaxseeds: Omega 3 fatty acids help in cell membranes of your scalp and nourish the follicles, they also work on the elasticity of hair and thus prevent breakage

  • Carrots: works with hair too, it’s a natural conditioner and prevents it from breaking off

  • Sweet Potato is an equally good source to derive vitamins for your hair.

Pranayama combined with postures does help majorly along with mindfulness to gain back the charm and shine of traces. List of pranayama that works for any hair fall are -
