HOW DID YOGA CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BODY, WITH INTIMACY, AND WITH OTHERS?
Me initially when I started practicing Yoga, it was more from a body point of view, and breathing was to just help bodily parts except for the Mind. Never understood it to link it with my mind. As my practices grew deeper and deeper, I experienced changes in my behavior, I was much calmer, was not getting upset at small things, and people started observing this change in me. I was changing for good from being hyper and aggressive or judgmental to being more balanced, looking at things more maturely.
As I further moved deeper, it gave me clarity, it allowed me to express myself in clear terms as to what I like and what I don’t, my expectations level, and where I wish to be in my life. It brought it into the Karma theory of life. All your acts and deeds get settled in this span of life. Learn to appreciate what you have and I started accepting myself the way I am.
